CNC Turning and Milling Machine
1. Main performance
The machine tool is a two-coordinate continuous control CNC lathe designed to solve the semi-precision lathe, precision axle and disk parts. Equipped with advanced number control system, it can interpolate straight line, oblique line, arc (turning cylinder, rotary surface, spherical surface, conical surface) and straight and conical metric thread, suitable for processing a variety of disc and shaft parts with complex shape and high precision.
The machine tool adopts the overall 45 degree rear inclined bed, which is convenient for operation and adjustment, good force state and conducive to chip removal. The longitudinal and transverse guide rails are high-precision and heavy-load rolling linear guide pairs, which improve the rigidity of the machine tool and prolong the service life of the machine tool. X and Z axis drives are elastic coupling directly connected, which can effectively avoid transmission errors and improve the stability and response speed of the machine tool.

3. Characteristics
The whole back 45° inclined bed, box-type structure design, high rigidity, good vibration resistance, small deformation, foot, good chip removal;
Elegant and beautiful appearance, full protection design can effectively prevent the splash of chips and coolant;
Moving guide pair adopts linear rolling guide pair to improve dynamic response performance;
The main drive adopts servo speed regulating motor, which can realize the stepless speed change of the spindle.
The main shaft supports NSK high-precision angular contact ball bearings with high speed, high precision, high rigidity and low noise.
Taiwan hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tailstock, greatly shorten the workpiece clamping time, improve the work efficiency;
Horizontal 8 or 12 station tool holder, automatic tool change, improve work efficiency and machining accuracy;
The electric cabinet is equipped with a temperature regulator for cooling and cooling to ensure normal electrical operation;
Automatic lubrication device is used to force lubrication of linear rolling guide rail and ball screw, which can effectively improve the service life of machine tool.
