Main description and scope of use
HBY 1332x2000/3000CNC end-face cylindrical grinder uses X axis and Z axis super imposed motion feed mode. The work piece axis is fixed. The machine occupies less space and saves 3/1 space. The X axis is 90° from the Z axis. lt is suitable for grinding the outer circle and end face of multi-step shaft in batches. The machine can ensure one-time clamping and can grind the outer circle and end face of multi-step shaft.
This grinder is equipped with a radial automatic measuring instrument, an axial end face detection device, a high-performance CNC system, it ensures the accuracy of the grinding parts and achieves the high speed, efficiency and high reliability of the machine.

- The machine bed is made of precision castings, with small deformation and good rigidity.The setting and correction of machine tool parameters adopt CNC programming, which can achieve human-machine dialogue.
- All the movable guide rails of machine tools adopt high-precision linear rolling guide rails which have good sliding performance, Screws for feed and reciprocating motion adopt high-precision ball screws.
- Grinding wheel spindle of machine tools adopts high-speed motorized spindle and is controlled by static frequency converter.
- The spindle bearing of the headstock workpiece adopts high-precision rolling bearings, and the workpiece speed is controlled by servo motor programming.
- The machine tools can be equipped with fixtures such as three-jaw chuck, hydraulic chuck,diaphragm chuck, pneumatic chuck, etc.
