Electric Servo Vertical Broaching Machine

The machine tool adopts a broaching method in which the broach is fixed and the workpiece moves upward, which can improve the broaching accuracy of the workpiece. This series of machine tools can be made into a fully enclosed automatic loading and unloading broaching processing center according to customer needs. It has a loading mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a broaching main machine and a unloading mechanism, and can be connected with other machine tools to form a fully automatic production line.
This series of machine tools does not require a pit to be dug. The machine tool is equipped with an automatic brushing mechanism. It can also be equipped with an automatic rotating brushing mechanism according to customer needs to extend the service life of the tool.

The machine tool adopts servo drive and can be equipped with CNC system. It works smoothly, has stepless speed regulation, and is equipped with automatic, semi-automatic and manual working cycles. The machine tool is safely protected by electrical and mechanical devices.

A broach is a high-precision, high-efficiency multi-tooth tool that can be used to process internal and external surfaces of various shapes. Among them, carbide indexable broaches have the characteristics of high cutting efficiency and long service life, and their application is becoming more and more extensive. Due to the wide application of broaching processing methods, there are many types of broaches. According to the different forces, they can be divided into broaches and pushers. According to the different surfaces of the workpiece, they can be divided into internal broaches and external broaches. Internal broaches are used to process the inner surface of the workpiece, and common ones include round hole broaches, keyway broaches and spline broaches. External broaches are used to process the outer surface of the workpiece, such as flat broaches, forming surface broaches and gear broaches. According to the different structures of broaches, they can be divided into two types: integral type and combined type.
