Overview

The LVR series new type steam processor is a suction condensing steam recovery treatment device to mate with a cleaning machine.

The high temperature wet steam is cooled to a temperature below the dew point by heat dissipation in condensing and mechanical refrigeration and condenses into water droplets, which are collected in the box at the bottom due to the action of the centrifugal force; and the collected water is discharged by the drain pipeand recovered through the drain
while the cooled dry air is exhausted via the air outlet.The device can effectively remove the residual steam in the
processes, avoiding deterioration of the working environment, corrosion of the equipment, declining of product quality due to diffusion of the high-temperature wet steam, and can be widely applied in cleaning machines and in other scenarios with similar requirements.
