SINGLE SHAFT CHIP REDUCER HRDFS-28O SERIES
PERFORMANCE,CHARACTERISTICS AND APPLICATION
Sinale shaft works independently, used for crushing cutting chips dropping from machine discharge.
The blades are made of special die steel, during rotating, the chips are reduced by the cuting edge comer of therotary blades.
The spiral-shape arranged rotary blades ensure even cutting and decrease the impact load to the main shaft.
The PLC inteligent program control system is used. The main motor protector, and the motor overload protectormake the motor run stable.
The bearing housing is joint easily so that the rotary blades and the bearings can be disassembled quickly.

Characteristics :
The main body of the reducer is fine made of good steel to ensure the stability during long-time heavy load.Rotary blades: The rotary blades are made of special alloy tool steel. Multi-angle change of multi-claws of rotary bladesand shaft contributes to easy and strong cutting.
