HRLGL SERIES VERTICAL PAPER BAND FILTER

HRLGL series vertical paper band filter consists of tank,dirt collecting box, filtering paper, reducer, drive mechanism,signal mechanism,liquid feed pump. When it works, filterpaper will separate tiny chips in coolant and impurities. Whendirt liquid comes into filter chamber, tiny chips were absorbedin filtering paper. Casting pile up until the filter clogging. Whenimpurities accumulate overfull, fluid level rises, then proximityswitch which controls fluid level to ends a signal, drivemechanism transports dirty paper to collection box. Meanwhilefluid level drops lower, drive mechanism stops, and then newpaper enters into next cycle. All running achieves automatic control or operation.This device can prolong the service life of cooling pump and cutting fluid (oil). lt has the features of lessoccupation area and can improve surface precision of process part. The filtering precision is 20 ~30ym.

The device consists of filter paper, reducer, drive mechanism, signal mechanism. When it works, filter paper willseparate tiny chips and impurities in coolant. When dirt liguid comes into filter chamber, tiny chips were absorbedon filter paper, gradually pile up until the filter paper clogging. And then the dirt liquid level rises, floater floats, signamechanism which control liquid level sends a signal, drive mechanism drives chains to transport dirty paper tocollection box, it makes filter paper automatic replacement. Mleanwhile liquid level drops, drive mechanism stopsworking, and then new paper enters into next cycle. HRDGL series vacuum circulating filter is a fully automatic filter, it's mainly used in machine processing line for fine
filtration. It consist of filtering belt, motor, vacuum pump, suction pump, lifting pump, cleaning brush and PLC electric
control system etc.
The main principle is: the dirt liquid will enter into the clean liquid tank, the lift pump will transport the dirt liquid
into the filtering chamber, after filtrated by the filtering belt, the liquid will flow into the clean liquid tank, and finally they
will be supplied to the machine tool. After filtrated the chips will accumulate on the surface of filtering belt, finally they
become the filtering-cake. With the continuous increase of filtering-cake, the pressure in suction pump increasing
caused vacuum. When the maximum pressure arrive the set value, the recycling will start, at this time, the vacuum
pressure will be released, the filtering belt will move forward slowly. The filtering-cakes will be transported to the dry
place to dehydration processing, the filtering-cake only a little wet, they will be discharged by filtering belt and cleaned
by the cleaning brush. The filtering belt can be used continuously after cleaning.
Tank space can design according to users' demand.

HRCGLSERIES MAGNETIC ROLLER PAPER BAND FILTER

HRCGL series magnetic roller paper band filter consists of tank, dirt collecting box, filtering fabric band /paper
band, magnetic roller separator device, speed reducer, driving mechanism, signal generating system and pump etc.
During the operation process, the dirty fluid containing large amounts of impurities passed the magnetic roller which
can remove the chips (Optional when those fluids contain more magnetic conductive impurities. The filter effect can
be improved by means of the secondary filter). The chains. meshwork and the paper band on the drive mechanism
show a combered surface. When the dirty fluid passes the paper band the small cutting chips and impurities will be
adsorbed on the surface of the paper band. The cutting chips and impurities are accumulated continuously until the
paper band is jammed. At this time. the level of dirty fluid rises. then the floater rises. Meanwhile. the signal generating
system sends signal and speed reducer drives chain and meshwork move to take the sewage and dirty paper band to
the dirt collecting box. So. the paper band is replaced automatically. After the paper band replaced. the level of the dirty
fluid falls. The speed reducer stops and the filter goes to the next cycle. The cleaning fluid in the tank is transported to
main machine by the pump
HRCGL series filter can work in thermostat to refrigerate coolant for the strict requirements of mother machine.
