Main application and scope of application
Foaming machine (also known as foam production equipment) is the core equipment of lightweight concrete preparation system. Its main function is to transform the foaming agent aqueous solution prepared in proportion into standard foam through professional process. As the key equipment for the production of foam concrete and foam cement, its technical performance directly determines the structural strength, density distribution, durability and other core indicators of the final product.

Main features and functions
1.High performance production: Integrated high-pressure aerodynamic system, achieving industry-leading foaming rate ≥ 8m³ Foam per minute.
2.High quality foam output: produce fine closed cell foam with bubble diameter of 0.10.5 mm and pore uniformity of more than 95%.
3.Excellent stability: original foam stabilization technology extends the half-life of foam to 4 hours (ASTM C869 standard).
4.Economy and environmental protection: the water secretion of foam is less than 3%, the utilization rate of foaming agent is increased by 40%, and the comprehensive operating cost is reduced by 25%.

Important operating specifications: Based on thermodynamic protection mechanism, it is recommended to run continuously for ≤ 20 minutes at a time and not to turn on continuously for a long time to ensure the service life of the equipment and the accuracy of experimental data.
