CK611 series large horizontal lathes

The CK611 series of machine tools are large horizontal flat-bed CNC lathes, equipped with SIEMENS or FANUC CNC systems and all-digital AC servo systems. The main drives for turning models D, L, B and H are automatic two-speed stepless speed change, with the main motor being an AC spindle motor. Models E and N are manual four-speed stepless speed change, with the main motor being an AC motor, and there are two interlocking control shafts. For machine tools with a center distance of 1 to 5 meters, the Z-axis and X-axis adopt ball screw pairs combined with AC servo motors to achieve longitudinal and lateral movement. For machine tools with a center distance of more than 6 meters, the Z-axis uses a rack and pinion combined with a grating ruler, and the X-axis uses a ball screw pair combined with an AC servo motor to achieve longitudinal and lateral movement, which has excellent positioning and repeat positioning accuracy.
