HRCF SERIES MAGNETIC SEPARATOR HRHCF SERIES RING TYPE MAGNETIC SEPARATOR
PERFORMANCE,CHARACTERISTICS AND APPLICATION
HRCF series magnetic separator and HRHCF
series ring magnetic separator consist of speed reducer, tank,
magnetic roller and rubber roller etc. Speed reducer drives magnetic roller to move circularly. Fine processed stainless
steel roller gets big surface for absorbing when coolant with magnetic impurities enters tank, the impurities would be
absorbed to the surface of the magnetic roller. The liquid guiding plate in tank makes most of the magnetic impurities
absorbed. After rolled by rubber roller, the liquid will removed from impurities. Then scraper will separate the roller and
make it fall into the collecting tank.
HRCF series magnetic separator uses strip permanent magnetic materials
HRHCF series ring magnetic separator uses ring permanent magnetic materials. It absorbs chips fully to magnetic
roller as to separate well. It has stronger absorbing magnetic ability for powder chips.
Installation dimension of HRCF series separator is the same as HRHCF series ring magnetic separator which can
exchange with each other. Please indicate specific model when order.

HRCCF SERIES COMB MAGNETIC SEPARATOR
PERFORMANCE,CHARACTERISTICS AND APPLICATION
This device consists of speed reducer, tank, comb magnetic roller and scraper . Comb magnetic roller has strong
magnetic force. Magnetic ring arrays look like comb dent. It adsorbs a great deal of magnetic particles on the dentoid
surface. And then impurities are scraped into collection box by scraper. It is widely used to deal with large flow coolant
and bigger particles in milling and grinding application
This device uses circular NdFeB magnetic material. It absorbs chips fully to comb magnetic roller as to separate
well which it has stronger magnetic absorbing ability for powder chips.

HRZQX5O SELF CLEANING FILTER
PERFORMANCE,CHARACTERISTICS AND APPLICATION
HRZQX50 is an auto-self cleaning filter which it can remove solid particles of low viscosity mediums. When
it exceeds default parameter, reverse-washing filter will auto-start to clean the polluted filter cartridge. It will filtrate
continuously and not suspend filtering while reverse-washing the cartridge. In normal condition, you do not need
change cartridge and with no more maintenance.
This device has more features such as compact structure, easy maintainance, high flow, small area etc. It is the

HRBGL SERIES BAG -TYPE FILTER

HRBGL series bag filter is convenient, highefficient and economic. lt is applied in removing tinyimpurities. The fluid flows into the filtering bag throughinlet, it flows out of the outlet through the filtering bag.When impurities on the filter bag are accumulated intoa filter mass, the pressure reaches to a predeterminedvalue (0.5-1bar in usual), you should change thejammed filtering bag in time.
This device has the advantages of high flow rate,low voltage wastage.lt saves the energy cost of pumpand can efficiently filter mucus. This filter is easy tooperate, it is safe steady and reliable. The top cover isdesigned to open easily, if loosens the nuts, the coverwill be opened. So it is very easy to change the filteringbag.
Allowable pressure of bag filter is 6bar. Differentfiltering precision depends on different bag filter.

This device consists of speed reducer, oil-sticking belt, drive shaft.driven shaft, oil scraping board, shell and oil collecting box etc. Firstly,drive shaft is driven by speed reducer, it uses oil-sticking belt to movedriven shaft for rotating running. The oil-sticking belt sticks floating oilfrom oil and coolant liquid mixture part, the process uses the physicaldifference between oil and water. Oil is scraped into oil-collecting boxby scraping board.
This device is mainly used in wet process. lt removes floating oilfrom coolant tank.
