PERFORMANCE,CHARACTERISTICS AND APPLICATION
This device is a compound chip filter which integrates chain chip conveyor with scraper chip conveyor. It applied
in seperating and cooling rolled chips and crushed chips of ferrous metal & non-ferrous metal. It has advantages of
running stable, working reliable and removing chips completely. In wet machining process, it solves the problem that
chips adhere to chain belt and then follow the movement of chip conveyor turning back to the shell inner.
You can choose compound chip filter which integrates chain chip conveyor with scraper back washing drum chip

HRYC series permanent magnetic chip conveyor uses the strong magnetic which are generated by permanent
magnetic materials to absorb various chips on working panel, such as powder chips, particle chips, chips less than
100mm or chips (except powder chips) in oil/cooling, and then they are transported to indicated collection place or
chips-collect box.
This product can be widely used for chip transport in various assembly lines and automatic production lines, such
