Main application and scope of application
Metal hydraulic press is a machine that uses hydrostatic pressure to process metal products, mainly used for forming and pressing metal materials. It provides enormous pressure through a hydraulic system, causing plastic deformation of the metal billet in the mold, thereby obtaining the desired shape and size.
Metal hydraulic presses are widely used in the following fields:
Mechanical manufacturing: used for forging automotive engine components, stamping and stretching of metal sheets, pressing of bearings and gears, etc
Automotive industry: used for forming automotive coverings, pressing seat frames and brake pads, disassembling and installing automotive components, etc

Main features:
1. The hydraulic press has various functions that can conduct assembling, dismantling, bending, punching, etc. for machine parts
2. The hydraulic press uses Italian CNK and CBZ oil pumps, which can save more than 60% energy when compared to the traditional hydraulic press. It features high efficiency, small size, high pressure, simple structure and it light weight
3. The working table can be moved up and down which greatly lengthen the running height of the machine and facilitates its operation
